Overview

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced ITIL/Service Transition Manager.

You will act as an interface between the project team and the operations team and will ensure a smooth transition to operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring that new solutions, processes and procedures are technically sound, fully documented and seamlessly handed over to the client’s Operations/Support teams.

You are the gatekeeper of production stability.
