Your future duties and responsibilities Must Have: Minimum 5-8 years experience in hands-on application support Experience with working in an ITIL environment Ability to multi-task, work under pressure & tight deadlines Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility Team player with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux systems and Shell or Python scripting. Hands-on experience in SQL - Sybase. Configuration management tools: Ansible, Gitlab CI , DAIR Script: Shell Monitoring: Dynatrace Good to have: Experience of Java would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Capital Market or Market Risk and Credit Risk would be an added advantage. 24x7 support for critical servers, Availability, Performance, Monitoring, Incident response, Preparation, Change management and Capacity management Experience working with ServiceNow Ticket Tool Self-starter with a proactive approach and a problem-solving mindset, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines. Direct Responsibilities Providing technical and functional support: Providing technical and functional support Managing incidents within the scope Guaranteeing the eradication of problems Implementing monitoring and supervise the application s technical and functional components: Implementing the system and parameters used to monitor its scope Monitoring the smooth implementation of processing according to the production plan Checking the functional and technical quality of the interfaces / transfers between applications Monitoring the condition of the application s technical components Ensure that the application meets its functional requirements and operates as intended Checking the proper running of application backups and restoration Inter nal Orchestrating and managing the various releases within the scope Creating and enriching the application document framework Maintaining operating procedures Create Automation through Gitlab, Ansible, DAIR Create and Deploy updates for Obsolescence, patches Contributing Responsibilities Contributing to the processes belonging to the activity, observing requirements and carrying out the necessary remediation Contributing to the construction of production dashboards and undertaking the actions defined for improving the service Contribute to continuous improvement actions Primary skillsets (mandatory): Proficient in ITIL Operation Methodology with strong analytical skills and Proven work experience. Operation Excellence on Redhat Linux administration, Windows servers Vulnerability remediation for LINUX servers and Windows servers Knowledge on configuration management, monitoring, continuous Integration tools on UNIX and windows platforms; Ansible tools setup Automation of deployment, customization, upgrades and monitoring through DevOps tools Strong English communication skills. Secondary skill sets (good to have): Experience in providing 24x7 support for critical servers, Availability, Performance, Monitoring, Incident response, Preparation, Change management and Capacity management Experience working with ServiceNow Ticket Tool Self-starter with a proactive approach and a problem-solving mindset, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
