Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT/OT Support Engineer to join a leading company in the logistics and industrial sector, responsible for maintaining and monitoring terminal IT health checks and supporting both IT and OT infrastructure.
This is a 100% onsite role based in Barcelona , requiring a technically skilled professional who can work independently, handle incident and service management (L1 & L2), and contribute to the stability and security of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user support for hardware and software including Office applications, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to local IT infrastructure such as datacenter racks, cabling, servers, storage, and network equipment.
