ITS Support Engineer Germany

As an ITS Support Engineer, you play a key role in ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure within our international organization. You combine technical expertise with a service-oriented mindset and actively contribute to the optimization of our hybrid cloud environment. You are not only a problem solver, but also an ambassador of our ITS mission, vision, and values.


Job description:

  • You handle IT requests and incidents via ServiceDesk+ and ensure fast, sustainable solutions;
  • You configure, maintain, and optimize servers, networks, databases, and hardware;
  • You support M, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange, and manage user accounts and mobile devices;
  • You streamline repetitive tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools to improve efficiency;
  • You manage firewalls, VPNs, and IAM, and contribute to audits and compliance with ISO and NIST/CMMC standards;
  • You document processes, share expertise within the team, and actively participate in improvement initiatives.
  • Your talents:

  • You hold a degree in an IT-related field and bring several years of hands-on experience.
  • You are well-versed in M, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Windows Server (), VMware, and VDI. Youre comfortable working with monitoring tools, Intune, ServiceDeskPlus, and scripting languages such as Bicep or ARM. A basic understanding of project management and SDLC is considered an asset.
  • You communicate fluently in both German and English and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • You have a sharp analytical mindset and a proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
