We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience in ITSM systems and processes to aid in our client’s implementation strategies.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to work with the Operations team and the Integration Program Manager to support and document the ITSM deployment project.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements and working with business teams and IT to deploy the ITSM solutionCreating business workflow diagrams, writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) including training.
Tracking and documenting decisions.
Working directly with the business owners of the specific areas who own the processes as well as new stakeholders and IT groups in operating companies.
Participation in project Execution, Training and Cutover.
