Job Description
As a team member of the IT Service Management (ITSM) Governance, Compliance and Analytics team you will have the opportunity to develop reporting and data analytics skills to support the IT Risk Management and compliance organization to foster IT service delivery quality and IT compliance with established policies and standards. You will have the opportunity to engage with multiple organizations and executives, and collaborate with a high-performance team including Power BI, ITSM and Compliance experts. Other team areas to explore and develop are focused on project management, process documentation, executive communication, ITIL framework and ITIL compliance.
