ITSM Modernization and Migration Engineer

We are looking for an experienced BMC Developer with strong expertise in BMC Helix and Helix Data Manager (HDM) to support enterprise ITSM modernization and migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Remedy to BMC Helix migration using Helix Data Manager (HDM)

Migrate ITSM data including Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service Requests

Customize and support BMC Helix ITSM and workflows

Configure and maintain CMDB and core ITSM modules

Develop and support REST API integrations

Provide production support and troubleshooting

Required Skills:
