Join the ITSM Platform team supporting one of Europe’s leading consumer electronics retailers, where you will play a key role in the configuration, development, and support of their IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. Operating in a dynamic technical environment, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure the ITSM platform evolves in line with business needs and delivers high-quality service management across the organization.

Main responsibilities
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and basic development of the Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform under guidance.
  • Lead the integration of the ITSM tool by performing basic testing and documentation of system interfaces.
  • Apply ITSM processes and contribute to following ITIL best practices.
