Role Overview:
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, primarily on platforms like ServiceNow, to enhance IT operations and service delivery.
Location - Mumbai & Gurugram
Working Mode- Hybrid
ITSM Sr. Developer-
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
- Implement workflows, automation, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers.
- Optimize performance and maintain system stability.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM development.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, APIs, and integrations.
- Hands-on with workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
- 5+ years of ITSM/ServiceNow development experience.
Budget
