The
Technical Project Manager (Localization) is a customer-facing role responsible
for managing and delivering assigned localization projects, ensuring customer
satisfaction while meeting contractual, financial, and delivery goals. This
role requires hands-on involvement with technical processes, content
handoff/handback, and administrative project management tasks. The ideal
candidate will collaborate with internal teams, distributed partner teams, and
external vendors to coordinate multilingual content delivery across global
markets. Familiarity with web-based localization pipelines, Git repositories,
cloud computing, and CMS platforms is highly valued. The position offers the
opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, deadline-driven
environment.
**WhatYou Will Do**
· Configure,
monitor, and troubleshoot technical processes and automation pipelines to
ensure smooth localization workflows.
· Serve
as the primary day-to-day contact for stakeholders and manage internal and external
relationships.
· Develop
and maintain project schedules to achieve on-time delivery in line with
contractual KPIs.
· Identify
and manage changes to project scope while ensuring compliance with contractual
obligations.
· Implement
communication plans and provide project status updates to internal and external
stakeholders.
· Identify
project risks and escalate or resolve issues as appropriate.
· Resolve
localization questions and technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
· Offer
recommendations to improve processes and better meet customer needs.
**ToBe Successful You Will Have**
· 3years of project management experience with a track record of delivering
complex projects.
· Experience
with localization processes, CAT tools, translation memories, and machine
translation.
· Knowledge
of web technologies, HTML, XML, XLIFF, and similar file formats.
· Experience
creating, publishing, and maintaining multilingual content on large websites.
· Hands-on
experience with web-based localization pipelines, Git-based code repositories,
and branching.
· Strong
technical acumen with the ability to troubleshoot innovative technologies.
· Excellent
organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong
written and oral communication skills with a customer service mindset.
· Experience
working with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
· Familiarity
with AEM, SIM, ATMS, Panther, Quip, GlobalLink, WorkDocs, and AWS S3 is a plus.
· Foreign
language skills are a plus.

Expected Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 USD/year + a competitive and
