Job Objective:

Lead the creation and growth of the Data & Analytics capability for LATAM. Build and lead a high-performing team that delivers scalable data platforms, advanced analytics, and a regional data governance model for LATAM. 

Translate business needs into data-driven solutions to turn data into a strategic asset that drives insights, improves decision making, and accelerates business outcomes across the region.

'Manage end-to-end delivery of data engineering, analytics, BI, and governance for LATAM; partner with regional and corporate stakeholders to define priorities, standards, and operating model. Hire, mentor, and scale a cross-functional team (data engineers, analysts, data scientists, data stewards) while ensuring compliance, data quality, security, and measurable business impact across multiple countries and business domains.
