Role Overview:
We are looking for an empathetic and target-oriented IVF Counsellor to guide patients, explain fertility treatments, and convert enquiries into successful treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
▶️Counsel patients about IVF & fertility treatments
▶️Handle walk-in, telephonic & online leads
▶️Explain treatment packages and pricing
▶️Follow up with patients and close conversions
▶️Coordinate with doctors and clinical team
Requirements:
▶️Graduate
▶️3–4 years experience in IVF/Healthcare sales
▶️Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
▶️Patient-friendly and result-driven approach
Office Timing:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off:
Weekly off (Tuesday) Fix
