Experienced QA professional with 6 years of expertise in testing Genesys-integrated call center applications, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality across IVR, CTI, CRM, and third-party integrations. Proven ability to lead QA efforts, coordinate with offshore teams, and continuously self-learn emerging technologies and tools to improve quality and efficiency.
