The Role:

The J1 Assistant In Room Dining Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Washington DC will play a pivotal role in overseeing the in-room dining operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.

  • Assist in managing daily operations of in-room dining.
  • Supervise and train staff to provide high-quality service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Team Structure: You will work closely with the In Room Dining Manager and collaborate with culinary and service teams.
