• Expertise in Mac OSX troubleshooting
• Expertise in management of iOS devices
• Should have working knowledge of JAMF and similar enterprise level tools
• Good communication Skills
• Should have flair of working on latest and greatest technologies and automate day-to-day tasks to reduce efforts.
• Should comply with security standards.
• Open for rotating in 24x7 shifts for production environment support and going on call
