International SOS Government Services administers the TRICARE Overseas Program providing high-quality, accessible health care services for U.S. Military service members, family members, retirees, and other eligible beneficiaries overseas.

We are currently seeking a Japan Payments Processing & Appointments Executive (Japanese-English Bilingual) to support our TRICARE operations in Japan. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination between local Japanese medical providers and U.S. military bases.

Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule medical appointments with Japanese hospitals for TRICARE beneficiaries
  • Communicate appointment details in English to U.S. military base personnel
  • Manage cases in accordance with TRICARE operational procedures
  • Respond promptly and professionally to appointment requests and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation
  • Escalate cases when necessary and keep stakeholders informed
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on claims and appointment queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Global Customer Service Executives, Doctors and Nurses, Network managers, Client relations managers, 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Committed to optimizing workflows and driving operational excellence.
  • Stay updated on protocols and procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field 

  • Fluent Japanese and English
