Must-Have

• Mandatory JLPT N3 certification or equivalent
• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts (including nights)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Accuracy in logging, documenting, and reporting incidents
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
