Job Description

A Japanese chemical manufacturer in In this role you will be responsible for administrative general affairs support and supporting relocation of Japanese expats and their families.

Business level of English and Japanese is required for this role.



TYPE: Permanent, full-time

WORKING HOURS: 8:00-16:30 from Monday to Friday (including 30 min. break), 40 hours per week

SALARY: €40k depending on experience (including 8% of holiday allowance and 13th month bonus)

START: ASAP

GENERAL AFFAIRS COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating periodic, daily office and clerical tasks, office operations, and procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner and in accordance with company policies
