JJ Sushi, a well established Japanese restaurant on the Sunshine Coast, is currently seeking an experienced Sushi Chef or Sushi Cook to join our team on a full time basis. • Preparing and presenting sushi and related Japanese dishes to a high standard
• Handling sashimi grade seafood and ingredients safely and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in line with Australian regulations
• Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and front of house staff

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Cook
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
