We’re Hiring: Senior Gardener – Private Estate (Marbella)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Gardener to join a large private estate in Marbella .
Role Overview
- Maintenance and management of extensive gardens and landscaped areas
- Pruning, planting, lawn care, irrigation systems, and seasonal planning
- Safe application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemical treatments
- Detection and treatment of plant diseases and pests
- Maintaining the estate to a high, professional standard
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Gardener (large estates or luxury properties preferred)
- Valid driving license (required)
- Certified training for handling and applying chemical products
- Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and garden machinery
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
