Implement bug fixes, minor enhancements, etc.
Identify defects/discrepancies to identify the root cause by debugging or analyzing logs
Identify alerts/processes that can be automated and then work with the engineering team to automate them
**Requirements**:
At least 3 years of experience providing support
+2 years of experience using Java and SQL.
