2. A top-class technical architect who can create product design and implementation of varying complexity to meet customer requirements.
3. Meeting with the IT manager to determine the client’s current and future product needs.
4. Determining whether the current product can be upgraded or if a new product needs to be installed.
5. Meeting with the software vendors to discuss the system software needs.
6. Troubleshooting systems issues as they arise.
