Hiring: Java Developer (Scalable Systems)

Experience: 3–8 Years


We are looking for a Java Developer to build high-performance, scalable backend systems using modern cloud-native and microservices architectures.


Key Skills (Mandatory)

  • Core Java (8+) , multithreading & concurrency
  • Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA
  • Apache Kafka (event-driven systems)
  • SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle)
  • AWS or GCP cloud experience
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD


Nice to Have

  • Microservices & DDD
  • Distributed caching & load balancing
