Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Location: Gandhinagar

Experience: 3–4 Years

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Contract) (It May get Extend to 6 Months) If Not then Will take you on Our Permanent payroll. 



Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services and APIs for our applications. This role is fully remote and requires strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.



Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code

Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and other team members

Debug and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks

Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

Ensure application security, data protection, and reliability



Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development

Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, and collections

Experience with frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot

Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture

Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

Basic understanding of cloud platforms and deployment is a plus



Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with Hibernate/JPA

Knowledge of Docker or containerization

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
