GENERAL FUNCTION

This role designs and implements technology and software solutions as part of an agile squad. Responsibilities include participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to activities spanning architecture, design, development, and delivery. The position models software development best practices and supports communities of practice to refine and document standards.

The role is accountable for managing risk by sharing ideas, raising concerns, and adhering to established policies and procedures. It supports a positive customer and colleague experience by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks within the organization’s risk appetite.
