Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 developers, ensuring high quality deliverables.
- Architect, design, and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Microservices.
- Work with MongoDB and other databases for scalable applications.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the Banking/Trading domain to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Apply multithreading and Java 8 features (including Lambda expressions) effectively to optimize performance.
- Oversee the release process and ensure smooth deployments.
- Communicate effectively with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Microservices, MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology and release management.
- Hands on experience with multithreading, Java 8, and Lambda expressions (why and how to use them for cleaner, functional code).
- Knowledge of application security best practices.
- Experience in Banking or Trading domain projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
