Java Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java.


• Strong Spring Framework (version 4 or above) skills (Spring Boot, JPA, Batch, Restful Services)


• Good understanding of Hibernate/JPA and Object-relational mapping, including performance consideration.


• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to handle large-scale data processing for the business directory platform.


• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to integrate APIs, troubleshoot, and enhance system functionality.


• Develop solutions to handle web scraping and data ingestion pipelines, integrating AI/ML models for structuring unstructured data.


• Ensure robust, secure, and maintainable backend code with proper version control and documentation.


• Optimize data storage strategies using PostgreSQL/MongoDB to support dynamic data queries and large datasets.


• Implement automated testing, logging, error handling, and performance monitoring strategies.


• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions to maintain clean and scalable code architecture.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Java 8+ and backend frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.


• Experience with building microservices and API security techniques (JWT/OAuth).


• Proficiency in databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and caching mechanisms (Redis).


• Exposure to web scraping techniques and integrating machine learning pipelines is a plus.


• Familiarity with data processing tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is an advantage.


• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker; knowledge of Kubernetes is preferred.


• Proficient in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.


• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks like JUnit and MockMVC.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
