Java Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Strong Java, AWS, and Kubernetes skills - Understanding of Wealth Management / Investment Banking domain - Experience with front-end development using React or Tailwind CSS - Knowledge of modern software engineering best practices, including cloud-native applications, microservices, and CI/CD - Advocates for AI and keen to explore its capabilities - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make trade-offs - Excellent communication skills - Ideally, a good understanding of Financial Services / Open Banking

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native microservices - Collaborate with the Lead Engineer, Architect, and Product Manager to shape system design - Develop APIs and data models to enable scalable backend logic - Work closely with a small team to build systems from the ground up - Participate in discussions regarding business logic and overall system architecture
