Synechron is seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust Java-based solutions. The Lead Java Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure that solutions adhere to best practices in architecture, security, and performance, supporting Synechron’s strategic objectives in innovative and efficient technology delivery.


Software Requirements

  • Required:

    Java (latest stable version), including Java EE platform

    Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, Web Services (REST/SOAP)

    Development environments: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, NetBeans

    Databases: Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent SQL databases
