Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–9 years of backend development experience

• Strong proficiency in Java, especially Spring / Spring Boot

• Hands-on experience with Python for backend development or integrations

• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture

• Experience building RESTful APIs

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra – any)

• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus

• Good understanding of Docker & Kubernetes
