Java Frontend Lead Developer – React, Next.js, Micro-Frontend, Azure

We are hiring a Frontend Lead Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Micro-Frontend architecture , along with solid experience in Java-based backend systems and Azure Cloud deployment . The ideal candidate will lead UI development, architect scalable solutions, and collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver frontend solutions using React.js, Next.js , and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Architect and implement Micro-Frontend solutions using Module Federation, Webpack, or Single-SPA.

• Work effectively with Java/Spring Boot backend teams for seamless integration.

• Build reusable UI components and ensure high-performance, secure, responsive interfaces.

• Deploy and manage frontend apps on Azure (App Services, CDN, Storage, DevOps pipelines) .

• Conduct code reviews, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior developers.

• Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript .

• Proven expertise in Micro-Frontend architecture .

• Good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot fundamentals for integration.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, Webpack, Babel .

• Experience deploying and scaling applications on Azure Cloud .

• Strong understanding of frontend performance, security, and testing (Jest, RTL, Cypress/Playwright).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with design systems.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
