Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

6+ years of experience in application development using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and REST APIs

Frontend experience with Angular or React

Hands-on experience with messaging systems (Solace/MQ) and Oracle/MS SQL databases

Strong exposure to DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines

Good-to-have experience with Big Data (Kafka/Spark) and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-to-Have Skills
 Bachelor's degree, related to the industry, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
 Knack for writing clean, readable Java code with unit tests
 Proven experience in designing Java/Java EE solutions
 Experience in designing microservices & APIs
 Proven experience in Java back-end development with the following technologies: JDK 8+, GitHub, REST, Spring, Spring Boot, Apache CXF, Microservices, SOAP, Swagger, Apache / Tomcat, SQL
 Hands on 1+ years in JavaScript technologies such as Vue.js/Angular/NodeJs/React
 Comfortable with Linux/Unix operating system commands
 Excellent understanding of integration and design patterns
 Good understanding of Atlassian suite tools (Jira and Confluence)
 Good understanding of DevOps technologies such as Jenkins, Nexus, etc.  Ability to multi-task effectively and provide timely updates  Deadline-driven, results-oriented and a good team player

Nice-to-Have Skills
 Experience in application security (one / two-way SSL, SAML, OAuth) 
 Stonebranch 
 Docker/OpenShift container platform and Kubernetes
