Job Description

This is not a generic Java role. This is an integration-first, delivery-critical position inside a fast-scaling InsurTech system integrator. You will build and own high-impact integration layers that sit at the core of carrier platforms, including Guidewire. We expect speed, precision, accountability, and production-grade thinking from day one.

If you need hand-holding, this role will not work. If you take ownership, execute hard problems, and deliver under pressure — you'll scale fast here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and own Java-based integration services used in enterprise insurance platforms
  • Implement REST, SOAP, event-driven, and message-based integrations across complex system landscapes
  • Develop and support Guidewire integrations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) using APIs, messaging, and external service orchestration
