Qualification Summary (Formatted):

  • Support production activities and major events by providing validation, tokens, and necessary data.
  • Troubleshoot service issues using Splunk logs, Dynatrace (DT) alerts, Unix logs via PuTTY, database queries, and mainframe logs.
  • Provide weekly support as per scheduled releases and team needs.
  • Attend weekly release meetings to identify and mitigate potential risks with technology stakeholders.
  • Monitor applications using Elasticsearch, Kibana, Splunk, and Grafana.
  • Develop and maintain scripts/tools for automated build, testing, and deployment.
  • Handle Sev 1/Sev 2 tickets to minimize user impact.
  • Use internal dashboards to monitor application health regularly.
  • Resolve Kafka consumer event delays and reprocess events.
  • Coordinate with AD teams to address application service issues.
  • Manage failed jobs with upstream/downstream teams.
  • Handle ad hoc requests for production DB access, validation, and ADFS tokens.
  • Provide weekend support based on release size and team role.
  • Build, deploy, and support Java/J2EE applications in private/public cloud.
  • Deploy apps using WebLogic, WebSphere, and Apache Tomcat servers.
  • Maintain SLA & Incident Management via Remedy with improved scalability and performance.
