<p><strong>Job Role: Java & Python Engineer</strong></p> <p><strong>Experience: 6+years</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: 100% Remote</strong></p> <p><strong>Job Type: Fulltime, Permanent</strong></p> <p><strong>NOTE: Need Immediate Joiners</strong></p> <table id="x_m_8528057807679820677table_0" min-scale="0.6772554002541296"> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Design, build, and maintain scalable integration services and microservices using Java (primary) and Python (secondary).</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Develop and manage the full API lifecycle, including REST APIs and event-driven integrations.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Build event-driven and asynchronous integrations using technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, and AWS SQS.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Implement AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Amp) to accelerate development and reduce delivery cycle time.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Design and implement agentic integrations and AI-powered automation to enhance and streamline business processes.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Contribute to integration architecture decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Ensure integrations follow responsible AI practices, including data privacy, governance, and model evaluation standards.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Strong hands-on experience with Java and working knowledge of Python.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Solid understanding and practical experience with Microservices Architecture.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Proven experience managing the end-to-end API lifecycle.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Hands-on experience with:</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>REST APIs</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Event-driven architecture & asynchronous processing</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Messaging and integration tools: Kafka, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, AWS SQS</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Experience with MuleSoft, including API development, integrations, automation, or advanced design.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Amp).</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and governance.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Strong ability to learn, adapt, and adopt new AI and integration technologies quickly.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Experience with agentic integrations or AI-driven automation.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Exposure to open-source integration frameworks.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Familiarity with emerging AI productivity tools.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p>Experience with Cloud and CI/CD pipelines (AWS preferred).</p> </td> </tr> </tbody>
