Join eDreams ODIGEO as a Java Senior Software Engineer in our Customer eXperience team, based in Madrid or Barcelona (Hybrid). This role is essential to continue delivering an outstanding travel experience, leveraging AI and data insights.

• Leading travel subscription platform in Europe

• Tech‑driven, customer‑focused, Prime subscription program

• Lead technical work for senior engineers, staying updated on industry trends.
• Provide guidance on complex initiatives and deliver technical improvements.
• Improve code structure, architecture, testability and maintainability.
• Deliver high‑complexity projects involving multiple stakeholders, managing risks.
• Mentor teammates, give and receive feedback through code and architecture reviews.
• Communicate complex ideas to technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
• Continuously expand your skills through learning and increased knowledge.

• Deep understanding of OOP, functional programming, concurrency, data structures, design and architecture patterns, databases, APIs.
• Experience across the full software development cycle including production deployment and unit/integration testing.
• Strong data‑driven analytical mindset, creativity and design‑pattern expertise.
