Job Title: Java Solution Architect


Position Overview:


The Solution Architect will design, lead, and evolve core data models and enterprise services for a high-volume auto finance platform. This role is responsible for strategic architecture, end-to-end data integration, scalability, reliability, compliance, and team leadership throughout new service builds and data migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Data Architecture & Platform Design Define scalable data architecture and standards optimized for millions of records and microservices environments. Oversee target and current state data model design, aligning business, regulatory, and technical needs.
  • Advanced Data Modeling & Migration Design robust logical and physical data models supporting high-transaction auto finance workloads. Lead migration strategy—assessing legacy data sources, stewarding data quality, and ensuring secure transitions.
  • Real-Time & Batch Data Processing Architect efficient pipelines for real-time and batch data handling, enabling analytics and transaction processing at scale. Optimize storage, indexing, and compute for latency and throughput in auto finance scenarios.
  • Data Integration & Cross-Platform Enablement Oversee integration patterns for internal/external systems, supporting API, event-based, and cloud-enabled services. Enable interoperability across business units, external partners, and customer channels.
  • Governance, Compliance & Data Quality Establish data governance, security, lineage, and stewardship frameworks—meeting regulatory and business standards. Implement compliance for PCI, and auto finance-specific policies.
  • Leadership & Collaboration Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders—including engineering, business product owners, and compliance officers. Mentor developers/data engineers, fostering continuous improvement, technical documentation, and standards adoption. Drive innovation and share best practices within the technical community.

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Extensive experience in strategic data architecture and enterprise platform design (microservices, cloud, Auto finance domain preferred).
  • Mastery of data modeling, integration, migration, and real-time/batch data processing at scale.
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management in cross-platform, compliance-focused environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • 15+years of Experience with 5+ years in data architecture or data solution design

  • Expertise in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies


    Compensation, Benefits and Duration

    Minimum Compensation: USD 52,000
    Maximum Compensation: USD 182,000
    Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
