Java/Spring Boot Application Support (L2/L3 – Production Support)
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced application support engineer with strong Java and Spring Boot production support experience (L2/L3) and working knowledge of Angular and SQL. The role focuses on incident handling, root cause analysis, vendor coordination and ensuring application stability in a 24*7 support environment by coordinating with Onshore/Offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle L2/L3 production incident, service requests and problem tickets, On call support
Ensure adherence to SLAs and timely resolution
Perform in-depth troubleshooting of application issues using logs, database, and monitoring tools
Conduct RCA and provide detailed analysis and preventive recommendations
