Java/Spring Boot Application Support (L2/L3 – Production Support)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced application support engineer with strong Java and Spring Boot production support experience (L2/L3) and working knowledge of Angular and SQL. The role focuses on incident handling, root cause analysis, vendor coordination and ensuring application stability in a 24*7 support environment by coordinating with Onshore/Offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle L2/L3 production incident, service requests and problem tickets, On call support
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and timely resolution
