to join our team in Madrid (central Madrid). You will support a leading Swiss private‑banking organisation operating in 25+ countries, currently undergoing a major global digital transformation.
The Project You’ll join an international private‑banking environment where you will act as
the highest technical escalation point
for critical
core banking applications
. You will handle complex incidents, deep‑dive analysis, RCA, automation, lock resolution, and collaborate closely with development and architecture teams. A stable, multicultural, and technically challenging environment with strong focus on continuous improvement.
