**What you’ll do?**
- 75% support work, 25% enhancement work
- Clien engagement
- Support tickets resolution
- Application monitoring activities
- Request fullfillment
- Major incident management
- Root cost anaylisis from problem tickets
- Troubleshooting experience reviewing logs
**What you’ll bring**:
- Java support coordinator with experience in AWS, Springboot and Angular
- Schedule: Mon to Fri | 11 am - 7 pm
