Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Tech Lead - Full Stack (Java and React) to join our team. This is a key leadership role where you will guide a team of developers in building scalable, high-quality web applications. You will be responsible for architectural decisions, technical direction, mentoring, and ensuring project delivery aligned with business objectives.

This is a hybrid position based in Belo Horizonte , with on-site presence required twice a week .
