Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead.
  • Strong expertise in relevant tech stack (e.g. Java, .NET, Node.js, Python; frontend frameworks; cloud platforms).
  • Solid understanding of architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, layered architectures).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to performance tuning, observability, and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with product and business goals.
