We are seeking a Java Technical Team Lead with solid hands-on development experience and leadership capabilities, ideally coming from the Fintech / Forex Trading domain.The ideal candidate has 7+ years of backend engineering experience, including Java, microservices architecture, API development, and exposure to Vaadin Framework , Kotlin, and iOS Swift at a conceptual/high level.
1+ year experience with people management with leadership responsibilities.You will lead a team responsible for building and enhancing trading platform integrations , liquidity management systems, price feeds, risk engines, and execution services.
This role will require strong technical oversight and ownership,
cross-team collaboration with Product, QA, DevOps and Mobile teams.
