Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr



Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to diagnose and resolve technical incidents within TIBCO-integrated Java applications.
  • Using tools like TIBCO Hawk or custom dashboards to monitor system health, message queues, and data flows.
  • Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) on failed processes, such as blocked message flows in TIBCO EMS or Java heap memory errors.
  • Creating knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides for repeated issues to improve future response times.
  • Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in TIBCO suite.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data reconciliation and Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation and monitoring tasks.
  • Understanding of SOAP/REST web services.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior staff, maintain internal knowledge bases, and define standard troubleshooting procedures.
