Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Java Web Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java-based technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performance-driven solutions while working remotely within India.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based web applications
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and reliability standards
• Support application deployment and ongoing maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Java web application development
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven, Gradle)
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of web security best practices
