About the Role


Tavant Technologies is seeking a talented Associate Technical Architect with strong expertise in Java, AWS, Microservices, and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable and reliable software solutions that meet dynamic business needs. This role requires strong technical acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities




  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java and AWS services.




  • Lead architecture discussions and contribute to solution design for enterprise-grade systems.




  • Collaborate with product management, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software.




  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting clean coding practices and performance optimization.




  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.




  • Ensure implementation of system security, data protection, and compliance measures.




  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and processes.




  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design artifacts.




Required Skills & Expertise




  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.




  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services – EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, etc.




  • Sound understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed system design.




  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).




  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.




  • Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) tools.




  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git).




  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.




Preferred Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.




  • Prior experience in technical leadership or architectural design roles.




  • AWS or Java certifications will be an added advantage.
