WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on enhancing usability, quality, and feature set;

- Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines;

- Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices;

- Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes designed to increase engineer efficiency.

MUST HAVE

-Proven experience of technical end-to-end product ownership and ability to meet deadlines;

- 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React );

- 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java );

- High level of proficiency in Typescript ;

- Proficiency in contemporary frontend bundlers , package managers , and build tools ;

- Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture;

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience building software in the cloud will be a plus;

- AI assisted development experience, using tools like Windsurf, Cursor or similar.
