Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a JCA Export Regulations Specialist


Position type: Full Time, Contract

Duration: 6 months to possible extension

Location: Remote



As a JCA Export Regulations Specialist, you will:
  • Personnel will review the jurisdiction & classification of previously assessed hardware and technical information for accuracy to the regulations.
  • This includes performing technical reviews of the product’s function, assessing the hardware’s hierarchy within the product structure, and understanding recent guidance from Global Trade to assess proper classification for export.
  • Personnel will participate in documenting rationale for the jurisdiction and classification assessment of items found to have the incorrect JC previously.
