Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The JD Edwards World Finance Functional professional with over 10 years of relevant experience will be responsible for analyzing financial processes, optimizing JD Edwards systems, and providing expert solutions tailored to business needs. Tasks include supporting finance-related modules, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of financial solutions.

Functional Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for JD Edwards World (A9.2) Finance modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Financial Reporting
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and maintain JDE World finance setups (AAIs, UDCs, posting rules, fiscal year setup, etc.).
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Support integrations with third-party systems (banking, tax, reporting tools).
• Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and audit support.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance, Accounting, and the ability to work with Financial Statements
• Excellent Analytical Skills, including problem-solving and applying logic to optimize financial processes
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and teams
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with JD Edwards systems is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid work environment and adapt to a dynamic business landscape
